Hello! My name is Ethan Wyman. I am a licensed and bonded general contractor based in Eugene Oregon, with extensive experience in both residential and commercial construction. The projects that I have worked on have varied from off-grid van conversions to restaurant remodels. These projects have taught me how to come up with complex carpentry solutions. I have a passion for working with concrete and accentuating its beauty; with countertops in particular, I can create powerful overhangs, kaleidoscopic color combinations, and funky forms. I have been sought out to meet urgent deadlines and to manage team projects. I work with a network of trustworthy designers and builders to ensure each project achieves its best outcome.
I Graduated from the University of Oregon in 2017 with a degree in philosophy. My continued philosophical studies outside of the university setting have led me to have the principles of integrity and honesty which guide my creative and dependable approach to building. My Intellectual influences span from John Ruskin, William Morris, to Walter Gropius and Huey Newton. In my spare time I enjoy reading literature and having intellectual conversations with friends and colleagues. I also enjoy spending time outdoors, with my two dogs and my good friends. I believe that Blending my philosophical insight and hands-on construction experience lets me approach every project with integrity, creativity and passion.
